TRAINING POLICIES

Before booking your appointment and/or purchasing, please review the information in this page thoroughly to understand the following terms:

GENERAL POLICIES

All clients who attend in-person training must do the following:

• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing to each session.
• Complete a waiver form provided by Personal Trainer prior to starting the first session.
• Obtain approval from a physician to prior to starting in-person training sessions. 
• Understand that training sessions must be scheduled in advance on a mutually agreed upon date/time by client and Personal Trainer. This means no drop-ins are available.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, let me know! I understand that life and other emergencies happen, but I ask that you be mindful of my time and other clients who I may be working with that day. Please note the following policies:

• Personal trainer must be notified of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. You will need to coordinate with Personal Trainer to reschedule your session to another mutually agreed upon date/time.
• If Personal Trainer is notified of any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, considerations to reschedule your session is at the discretion and availability of Personal Trainer.
• If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment (no call no show), you will be charged for the full session. Exceptions may be made at Personal Trainer's discretion.

TARDINESS

All clients are expected to arrive at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not mean a client can have a session longer than the scheduled appointment. For example, if a client is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. through 9:00 a.m. but does not show up until 8:15 a.m., the session will still end at 9:00 a.m. 

REFUND POLICY:

• Personal Training sessions/packages are non-refundable. 
• Customized Online Training and Coaching programs are non-refundable.
• If requesting cancellation before completing committed period of training (3 or 6 month packages), 50% of each remaining payment will be required to complete the cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Please review this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Before signing up for Personal Training or any of our services, we may collect the following information:

• Name
• Driver's License #
• Contact Details (e.g. email address phone number)
• Payment information
• Health & Fitness information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Providing and managing your subscription
• Processing transactions/payments
• Personalizing your experience
• Communicating with you about our services
• Complying with legal obligations
• Improving our products and services

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted partners and vendors to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing or marketing. We will also share information if required by law or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

We take reasonable measures to maintain confidentiality and protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Please contact me to make these requests.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy regularly.
